ORDER MANAGEMENT AND COLLECTIONS CLERK - IN OFFICE

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Management and Collections Clerk to join our team in Caledon, ON. This full-time, in-office role will focus on full order cycle, managing billing processes, processing customer orders and providing exceptional customer service to a select group of our 3PL clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience as an order management and collections clerk in 3LP or warehousing environment
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in AR, billing, invoicing, and collection procedures
  • 1 to 2 years of customer service and order entry experience
  • 1 to 2 years of experience navigating customer portals to obtain information
  • 1 to 2 years of experience with large retailers vendor portals an asset (i.e. Amazon, Home Depot)
  • 1 to 2 years of experience using an ERP and CRM software. Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an asset
  • Tech savvy and experience using Microsoft office, Microsoft Excel etc.
