Job Description Major Duties and Responsibilities: 100% Operational Process Standard Compliance Origin relationship building and CCC (clear – concise - communication) Provide reports on freight status and other functions related to freight movement Keep all interested parties at origin and destination informed of potential or real problems Best in Class Customer Service Training Goals met in PDC Day to Day: Positive Attitude Focus on Knowledge of Process and Customer Expectations/KPI’s Continue to look ahead of customer needs Daily Exception Monitoring of all Business Needs Escalation, when necessary, with any and all questions Efficiency Gains Serve as a liaison between EI team and Customer (Logistics resource) Know where to send a customer for answers to international shipping questions Exceed Customer Expectations Qualifications Experience and Education: Positive attitude Requires good communication skills (verbal and written), attention to detail, organization, good customer service skills and an ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, database, E-mail) Knowledge of basic accounting recommended College and/or industry related experience recommended Additional Information Paid Vacation, Holiday, Sick Time Health Plan: Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental and Vision Life and Long-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan (US only) Employee Stock Purchase Plan Training and Personnel Development Program The position pays $22.00 per hour.
