As part of our Order Management team, the primary responsibilities of the Order Management Associate are to: support accurate and compliant order bookings, serve as primary interface between Sales and other operational functions within Quest and develop processes /procedures related to order processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and processing of all sales orders following pre-defined processing procedures and utilizing Salesforce and Oracle applications.
  • Data entry of incoming orders from customers and distributors.
  • Work in coordination with internal departments (Legal, Deal Desk, Sales Support, Revenue Recognition) to ensure order accuracy.
  • Provide business support to partners and distributors including assistance on order information, troubleshooting of wrong orders and products returns.
  • Provide guidance and act as an advisor to Inside Sales and Field Sales on Quest/ One Identity internal rules and processes.
  • Support Month-End and End of Quarter activities.
  • Drives process improvements within the Order Management function

Qualifications:

  • High attention to details and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Proactive work style with the desire to optimize internal processes
  • Good knowledge and experience with a CRM-System - preferred salesforce.com
  • Proficiency with common business software applications such as MS Office products: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English
  • Additional European language an advantage.
