Job Title: Order Management Coordinator (18-month Contract)

JOB SUMMARY

We’re seeking an Excel expert to join our team and take ownership of our customer pricing agreements. You’ll be the go-to person for maintaining accurate records, resolving disputes, and ensuring our pricing data stays current across all systems. If you love working with data and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (this is essential)
  • Experience with ERP systems (BPCS experience preferred)
  • QlikView knowledge
  • Salesforce familiarity
  • Strong analytical and technical capabilities

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-5 years in administration or order entry (manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Post-secondary education in Business or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record working with large datasets

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
  • Outstanding organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
    Contract Details: This is an 18-month contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
    Salary: $60k+
