Job Details Job Location: Chesterfield,, MO 63005 POSITION: Order Management Associate REPORTS TO: Manager, Logistics and Procurement LOCATION: St. Louis, MO ROLE SUMMARY: The Order Management Associate works in a team environment, primarily responsible for managing the process of contracts sold, being submitted into the various team’s systems. This is using proprietary software to compare signed contracts to original design, catch mistakes, track onboarding steps and ensuring the timely processing into Service Delivery’s queue. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to: Work with internal resources to as needed to determine equipment needs to resolve break/fix problems Source equipment as needed for legacy PBX systems and telco issues (cables, blocks, BBU’s, etc.) Process purchase orders for legacy and telco equipment Add serialized equipment to Helios or NetSuite inventory Create billing events to make sure customers are billed for equipment Follow up with vendors for tracking information and/or incoming equipment estimates Compare sold contracts and BOMs to existing parts list Enter new parts into NetSuite as needed Respond to questions from tier1, tier2, and project managers about various equipment and/or tickets Work with billing/finance department as needed Work with customer success team to provide estimates to customers for items like on prem voicemail systems or call accounting systems Escalate issues to customer success team as needed Maintain stock levels and order miscellaneous inventory supplies as needed. Create monthly projection/inventory requests for inventory orders based on BOMs for finance Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma Ability to read and write English Ability to learn and use proprietary software Proficiency with MS Office Suite Basic knowledge of computer networking Willingness to adapt to changing environments High attention to detail Ability to work in a team environment and in a warehouse environment PHYSICAL DEMANDS / REQUIREMENTS: Ability to continuously stand or walk. Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequently Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally DESCRIPTION OF WORK ENVIRONMENT: Generally works in a warehouse environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical warehouse setting.
