As an Order Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Internal order management (customer service back-office activities)
  • Managing data in SAP
  • Monitoring orders, collaborating with the related shipment teams and Customer Service departments
  • Supporting Sales and Customer Care team in the supply situation of products
  • Inspecting Open Orders, evaluating demands and fixing incomplete orders
  • Responsibility for outgoing order processing, including generating shipments and coordinate with the Shipping Team
  • Collaborating with our logistics team, the Customer Service, the EMEA Supply Chain Planning, and the Distribution Center to identify and address potential issues with the delivery of Nilfisk products and to implement appropriate actions accordingly

We Value the Experience You Bring:

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially, Excel
  • On a more personal level we believe you are service minded with a sense of urgency; proactive; enjoy working independently while also contributing as a team player
  • Advantages would be:
  • Min. 1 year of similar experience at international organization(s) in cooperating regularly with Supply Chain stakeholders (sales, distribution, transport, warehouse, customers)
  • Customer service background
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
