Description

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or direct related experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in order management, quoting tools, and warehouse management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy while managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve order discrepancies with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to resolving order-related challenges.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability and willingness to continuously improve processes while balancing multiple tasks.
  • Deep proficiency in internal order management, quoting, and warehouse systems such as BOM, OSIT, WMS, and GP.
  • Strong understanding of order fulfillment workflows, including inventory management, shipping coordination, configurations and return processing.
  • Expertise in reporting and data analysis, to monitor order issues and trends, and optimize processes.
  • Deep proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities
  • Own the data accuracy of the orders, making sure all orders are up to date, accurate, and aligned with all business system.
  • Provide guidance and direction to ISRs and Order Expeditors to drive quality and accuracy.
  • Provide governance and oversight to adherence to processes and procedures.
  • Ensure data accuracy on all orders, all updates are in accordance with documented procedures to flow appropriately to downstream systems.
  • Track, research, and resolve order discrepancies, ensuring customer issues related to order processing, fulfillment and invoicing are addressed promptly
