YOUR BACKGROUND AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Fluent English, both verbally and in writing. German or Chinese language would be a plus
  • Experience in a PV industry sales environment an advantage
  • A distinct customer satisfaction focus
  • Ability to prioritize and problem solving
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service resulting in increased productivity and achieving incentive goals.
  • Work as part of the team to process sales orders in ERP accurately and on time in alignment with the fulfilment policy.
  • Manage the team towards meeting annual objectives, holding team members to a high standard of performance identifying and developing talent.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
