EXPERIENCES/EDUCATION - REQUIRED

  • Associate’s degree and 2+ years of work experince in a customer facing role in a corporate environment

Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE

Oversee the management of orders to ensure that the company provides the highest quality of service to its customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for error free execution of orders and other order management related activities.
  • Build positive working relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Understand and execute agreements with the customer in the way of orders, quotes, contracts, etc.
  • Ability to flex across customers, markets, and segments to ensure timely responsiveness to customers.
  • Participation in training, testing, and project related activities as identified.
  • Represent to the customer a highly effective and professional manner at all times.
