Overview An Order Management Specialist E2E is responsible for perfect end-to-end order fulfillment within the order to cash process to ensure on-time shipment and deliver customer satisfaction. The role includes both customer service and logistics tasks in various shipping modes. Responsibilities Responsible for perfect End-to-End order fulfilment, from order receipt to delivery ensuring customer satisfaction in the Redispersible Powders business. Cover own client portfolio as key transactional contact for customers and maintain a good relationship with both external and internal stakeholders. Coordinate all load and shipment processes with local plant / warehouse personnel and carriers to ensure on-time delivery to customer. Proactively monitor open orders and deliveries to avoid and resolve issues at the earliest possibility and mitigate negative impact of unavoidable disturbances. Document, investigate and follow up of internal and external complaints. Recommend process improvement including investigation of quality failures and the development of preventive and corrective actions for quality failures. Assist with resolution of freight invoice discrepancies. Qualifications Order Management experience. Preferably 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Fluent English. German knowledge is an advantage. Strong, decided personality with excellent communication skills. Solution-oriented mindset. Customer focus. SAP knowledge.
