KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE - REQUIRED:
As an Order Management Specialist, you will be a central player in our team, renewing maintenance and subscription contracts and keeping the team connected with other departments. You will support the lead-to-order and renewal process by maintaining our customer master contract data, facilitating quotes, and preparing renewal orders, and partnering with accounting, technical support, and account managers (sales personnel). The success of the order management function will depend to a significant degree on your effectiveness and accuracy. We have ambitious ideas and plans and need the right people to help develop and execute them as we transform our organization.
