This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as Intern- Customer order specialist in Dubai with Signify.

• Checks availability of order and prepares delivery proposal order status and escalates deviations
• Manages specials, combined shipment, missing or dead-on arrival.
• Monitors digital sales order creation process
• Monthly reporting of order receipts, deliveries, sales and stock levels.
• Manages sales orders up to delivery and to forwarding.
• Responds to customer questions and complaints regarding products and services provided through various channels.
• Manages manual order creation for complex projects, including milestone delivery and billing schedules.
