As an Order Management Specialist for NetApp, you will play a key role in ensuring that customer orders are processed smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. You’re role is key to driving systems and process changes that improve the Order Management process. You will utilize your systems and process expertise to train and coach others while being the first point of escalation for system and process issues impacting Order Management.
