As a member of the customer-facing team, you will provide premier service to assigned accounts through proactive order management from receipt to delivery. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders and teams to ensure best-in-class results and customer satisfaction. How will you create impact? Manage customer orders within 48 hours of receipt, ensuring accuracy and adherence to key customer dates (e.g., RAD, MABD). Communicate service issues to internal and external stakeholders in a timely and proactive manner. Utilize SAP and third-party systems to navigate and research order execution and data. Partner with Supply Chain to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions to mitigate non-compliance charges. Administer the quote process and maintain regular dialogue with Credit, Sales, and Logistics teams to prevent order-to-cash hurdles. Participate in Retail Engagement initiatives and score-carding to drive service level improvements. Identify and recommend ways to improve the efficiency of the order-to-cash process. What are your skills and experience? Previous experience in a CPG or Retail environment. Expertise with a Tier 1 ERP system (specifically SAP) is required. Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume transactional data with accuracy. #LI-Hybrid #LI-HM1 The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Ontario is $58,000 to $60,000 Per Annum. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
