Job Description The Order Management department is essential for supporting, managing, and ensuring the order flow to our customers. We work closely with a broad range of stakeholders, including Sales/KAM, Finance, Marketing, and FLL, to align our processes with the organization's goals. The role is crucial in facilitating the smooth operations within the Order Management department. By handling orders efficiently and collaborating with various teams, we ensure that customer needs are met promptly. Core responsibilities Actively review customers weekly replenishment Order to Cash process optimization Optimize customer inventories through analysis and operations of the replenishment system Maintains replenishment model information, including monitoring the accuracy of weekly data, history, network changes, lead-times, past and future promotional events, new product information, pricing, and customer service performance goals Participate in customer meetings driving the operations agenda Do you have what it takes?
