Job Title Order Management Specialist with Dutch Job Description Job title: Order Management Specialist with Dutch Your role: Managing complex orders with the use of SAP and other supporting tools with reporting, monitoring and controlling order book data quality in an organized and compliant manner, keeping it well maintained and up to date including meeting the market’s fiscal and legal requirements on time and first-time right Being responsible for the end-to-end process of all types of Sales orders, from order intake to sales recognition Acting as the point of contact to the logistics organization for assigned scope for order fulfillment subjects, coordinating customer inquiries, capable of resolving escalations. Direct contact and maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning, Warehouse, Pricing and Finance teams and other departments within Philips) in order to build customer satisfaction through a customer centric mindset Providing insights and recommendations through reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives Working with LEAN capabilities such as Daily Management, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement and Problem Solving You're the right fit if: You have bachelor’s degree or vocational (MBO) degree with relevant work experience You have previous experience in Logistisc/ Supply Chain (especially in Order Management) You speak English and Dutch fluently Knowledge of SAP and/or equivalent ERP systems would be beneficial You have strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills You are a good communicator You bring cultural awareness and pro-active behavior Our benefits: Annual bonus based on performance achieved Private medical care with the option to extend it to family members Benefit System cards Discount for Philips’ products Wide variety of trainings & learning opportunities Promotion of a healthy lifestyle in the office Employee Assistance Program How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart.
