Job Description Main Roles: Interface customer order between customer web site and Bosch system POE in SAP Communicating customers/sales/logistics/quality etc. Download/upload data based on guideline by monthly/weekly/daily in customer and Bosch system Invoicing for delivery of goods to customers Credit/Debit note to adjusting invoice for customers Invoicing for special revenue Qualifications Education background: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or other related fields. Experience: Refer automotive background 1-3 years, has understanding in commercial such as sales coordinator or logistics areas. Skilsl: Good Interpersonal Skills, SAP users experience is a plus. Responsibilities
The main roles involve interfacing customer orders between the customer web site and the Bosch SAP POE system, and managing data downloads/uploads based on guidelines. This includes handling invoicing for goods delivery and processing credit/debit notes for invoice adjustments.
