💡What You Deliver: Proactive Customer Care (Outbound): Call and check in with existing customers, encouraging repeat orders. Collect information, record requests, and create/monitor orders. Call Center & Request Handling (Inbound): Receive new order requests via phone or chat system. Quickly resolve complaints, feedback, and arising issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Order Operations & Driver Coordination: Enter data, create, and track orders in the system. Find, contact, and coordinate drivers/transport partners to ensure timely delivery. Monitor the delivery process and ensure orders are successfully completed. 🌟Who You Are: Candidates able to work full-time 6 days/week (fresh graduates or awaiting degree). Preferably experienced in Outbound Sales/Customer Service/Telesales or in Logistics/Transportation. Pleasant voice, positive energy, good telephone communication and persuasion skills. Flexible problem-solving skills and ability to handle issues quickly.
