Zayo is seeking an experienced Order Operations Specialist to build upon this reputation with an unwavering commitment to standards-based network and service deployments. The ideal candidate is an organized, methodical professional with the experience necessary to take our products to the next level with respect to accuracy, guidelines, and the fast paced nature of operational deployments. The Order Operations Specialist will be charged with following a complete order acceptance program that not only audits the quality of our deployments, but also fosters a “quality culture.”

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in order operations/validation and quality control required.
  • Experience with Salesforce is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
  • Experience and ability/willingness to operate in a fast-paced, demanding environment required.
  • Superb computer competence, including database management.
  • Knowledge of order acceptance terminology, methods, and tools.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices and defect management practice.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it.
    Estimated Base Salary Rang e: 53,300.00 - 82,000.00 USD/annually.

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.

Responsibilities
  • Interpret, build upon, and comply with company order acceptance standards.
  • Review and address orders within service level agreements.
  • Streamline overall delivery workflow to enhance customer experience.
  • Carefully maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions.
  • Document order acceptance activities with internal reporting and audits.
  • Manage daily and quarterly responsibilities (i.e. all orders are counted for financials.)
  • Assist operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting internal acceptance violation/rejection patterns.
  • Assist in making recommendations to automate internal processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Deal Management stakeholders for process improvement and troubleshooting.
