As a representative of the employers who operate at the Brisbane Markets®, Brismark is looking for appropriate candidates for the role of Order Picker / Packer(with Forklift Licence) to join a well-established and respected wholesale businesses at the Brisbane Markets® in Rocklea.

These roles are:

• Casual to start with opportunity to move to a permanent position for the right candidate
• Night/Early Morning shift, commencing between 1am and 3am each day, Monday to Friday, depending on operational requirements
• A current forklift licence and operating experience would be an advantage

The duties include:

• Picking orders and palletising stock.
• Working in a team and communicating with other staff regarding the orders and stock.
• Ensuring food safety and quality procedures are followed.
• Maintaining a safe work environment.

This is a fast-paced work environment and an active role that will require ‘hands-on’ manual work activities; therefore, you need to be fit and healthy. You will need to be able to work with the team and get the job done. Previous experience in the Produce Industry would be an advantage.
