JOB OVERVIEW:

As an Order Picker/Packer at our trucking company, you will play a vital role in our logistics operations by accurately selecting, preparing, and packing freight for shipment. Your efficiency and attention to detail will ensure our customers receive their goods on time and in perfect condition.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment.
• Punctual and responsible.

• Accurately pick items according to shipping manifests and bills of lading.
• Verify product quantities, SKUs, and descriptions against order requirements.

Warehouse Operations:

• Label all shipments clearly and correctly.
• Maintain organized storage of freight and shipping materials.

Quality Control:

• Inspect goods for damage before packing.
• Ensure proper packaging to prevent transit damage.
• Report inventory discrepancies immediately.
