SUMMARY

We’re looking for a Picker/ Packer Operative to join our friendly warehouse team at our eco-HQ in Silsden, West Yorkshire. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring our refillable bottles and pouches make it out to customers quickly, accurately and in perfect condition.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a packing or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is an advantage.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is beneficial but not required.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality control standards are met.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfilment environment.
• Familiarity with Mintsoft picking software is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

• Pack products accurately according to company standards and specifications.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers as needed.
• Ensure proper stock levels are maintained in the packing area.

• Handle materials safely and efficiently to minimize waste and damage.
