Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and organization make all the difference? Centra is looking for a detail-driven Order Processing Administrator to join our Install Pros team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, has an eye for detail, and can confidently work with technical concepts while supporting a strong customer journey.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Coordinate and manage the flow of new orders and remakes from initiation to completion.
  • Review all orders for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal controls.
  • Ensure all data entered into order systems is accurate and compliant with standards.
  • Prepare and distribute order submission packages for internal teams and external partners.
  • Monitor and track the status of active and pending orders, following up to ensure timely processing.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to internal stakeholders upon request.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of administrative or order processing experience (construction or home improvement industry preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in data entry and document review.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with order management systems is an asset.
  • Ability to quickly understand and apply technical concepts related to orders and products.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple teams.
