Order Processing Specialist for National Large Accounts
-Prep Pull Sheets and provide Special Instructions including Delivery Truck designation
-Timely Emails with concise communications with client regarding issues and status of orders
-Insure Pricing accuracy of orders
-Manage Inventory levels, accuracy and counts within the ERP system and adjust as necessary
-Generate Inventory and Production adjustments as needed to ensure adequate Inventory levels
-Create outside services P.O.’s as needed
-Communicate lead times with clients regarding Built To Order stock orders
-Communicate internal production releases as needed
-Prioritize Order research to assist with client issues and discrepancies
-Prep shipping cards (labels) to ensure accuracy of order fulfillment
-Perform other duties as requested by Lead Order Fulfillment team members
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 per week
