• Proven data entry and customer service experience
• Proficient with basic computer skills. Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Etc.
• Confident verbal communication skills and strong listening skills
• Self motivated
• Ability to multitask
  Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
  Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

• Taking calls and consulting with customers to answer product questions and process orders.
• Solving customer issues
• Follow up with customers via phone and email conversations.
