Job Description
Radco Industries, a leader in specialty fluids and lubricants for over 50 years, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Processing Coordinator to support our logistics and Heat Transfer Fluid (HTF) teams at our headquarters in Batavia, Illinois. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated professional to join our HTF/Logistics team and contribute to our daily operations.
Job Summary
The Order Processing Coordinator will process all daily customer transactions and interact with cross-functional teams within the company to meet our customer requirements and provide administrative support to the HTF/Logistics team. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate order processing and contributing to the smooth operation of our logistics department. Essential Job Functions

  • Exemplify Radco’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values in all interactions
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation using our DATACOR ERP system (training provided)
  • Coordinate customer orders, quotes, and sample shipments for HTF
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams via phone and email
  • Schedule carrier pickups and manage shipping preferences and special instructions
  • Monitor and report on inventory levels for HTF products; assist with reorder strategies
  • Generate reports including weekly inventory updates, monthly on-time delivery metrics, and daily open orders
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details via DATACOR CRM/ERP
  • Assemble and ship sample kits using UPS WorldShip
  • Attend and contribute to various weekly meetings
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and note-taking
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of logistics, order fulfillment, or administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., DATACOR)
  • Familiarity with export documentation and AES/EEI filing
  • Experience using customer shipping portals
  • Understanding of inventory management and reporting

Working Conditions

  • Temperature-controlled indoor office environment
  • May involve extended periods of sitting and computer use
