HALO is looking for an Order Processing Representative who will be responsible for accurately and efficiently managing multiple orders coming in from our nationwide Account Executives team. This role ensures that all orders are processed in a timely manner, ensures all information is correct, along with steadfast resolution, while supporting and safeguarding a seamless Account Executive experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Sitting for long periods of time
• Dexterity to successfully operate office machines such as telephone, computer, and/or copier
  Compensation: The estimated base hourly rate for this position is between $15 and $18 per hour. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors. Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in order processing, customer service, or data entry is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with ERP or order management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Review, enter, and process multiple Account Executive orders using the company’s order management system.
• Verify order information retrieved via company system for accurate and complete information necessary for orders to be processed.
• Confirm and calculate special product pricing by contacting various suppliers through websites or phone calls.
• Identify, retrieve, and enter any missing information and/or artwork into the company system for processing.
• Update orders in company system(s) based on changes from Account Executive or supplier.
• Provide backup coverage to other order editors as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
