• Erfassung und Abwicklung von Kunden- und Lieferantenbestellungen inklusive deren Terminnachverfolgung bis zur Auslieferung
• Importabwicklung
• Reklamationsabwicklung
• Betreuung internationaler und nationaler Lieferanten und Kunden in enger Zusammenarbeit mit deren Sales- und Einkaufsteams
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Logistics, Sales, Warehouse und Finance
