As an Order Processing Clerk, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. You will:

• Manage the full order process from start to finish, including both domestic and international orders.
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to process orders accurately and on time.
• Coordinate deliveries within Germany and internationally, ensuring smooth logistics.
• Prepare essential documents such as customs forms (e.g., certificates of origin, EUR1, ATA carnet).
• Handle invoicing and credit notes for material and spare parts orders.
• Ensure compliance with regulations for the transport of dangerous or regulated goods.
• Maintain accurate records and keep systems up to date.
