Your mission You take ownership of processing customer orders, change requests and service contracts in Salesforce and our internal tools You prepare delivery-relevant documents and handle dispatch of our products, including hands-on logistics support You act as first point of contact for order-related questions from customers and internal stakeholders You help build up our new Order Processing team and support the entire order fulfilment process You keep our CRM data (Salesforce) accurate and up to date You contribute ideas to optimise processes and develop the department further Your profile You work in a structured, precise and reliable way Strong customer focus and a solution-driven, hands-on approach (incl. practical tasks like preparing shipments) Confident with ERP/CRM systems and MS Office; tech-savvy and comfortable with numbers Team player with strong communication skills Very good German and good English (e.g. German C1, English B2) Nice to have: commercial education, experience in order processing or export management in an international environment Why us?
