We are hiring a highly organized Order Processing Specialist to join our growing team at MVP Sales and Marketing.
An Order Processing Specialist is a professional who manages and processes customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. They coordinate with various departments like sales, customer service, and shipping to streamline the order fulfillment process. Their responsibilities include entering order details into systems, communicating with customers, and resolving any issues that arise.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with CRM systems for reporting and order management is often required and knowledge with these platforms are a bonus but not required:

Order Entry and Management Receiving, reviewing, and accurately entering orders into the system, including updating order status and shipment information.
Customer Communication Interacting with customers to clarify order details, address inquiries, and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Coordination with Other Departments Collaborating with sales, customer service, shipping, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Inventory Management Monitoring inventory levels and communicating with the purchasing department to ensure product availability.
Payment Processing Processing payments for orders, including credit card transactions and other payment methods.
Record Keeping Maintaining accurate records of all transactions for tracking and reporting purposes.
Problem Resolution Identifying and resolving order-related issues, such as discrepancies, delays, or payment problems.
Customer Service Providing excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
