Description

Role: Order Processing Supervisor
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum dependant on experience
Location: Newcastle Office
We’re looking for an Order Processing Supervisor to join our Newcastle team. In this role, you’ll oversee the order processing function, making sure we deliver a first-class service to our customers while supporting and developing the team.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and able to lead by example. You’ll bring:

  • Experience in order processing or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Good IT and analytical skills, with the ability to spot improvements.
  • Previous experience using Dynamic/Ticket systems
  • A results-driven mindset with great organisational skills.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the Order Processing team to deliver consistently high standards.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for customer queries, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, introducing improvements where needed.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers through clear, effective communication.
  • Work closely with other departments including Finance, Transport and Sales to ensure smooth service delivery.
