ORDER PROCESSOR / SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR

QUALIFICATIONS

• High-school diploma.

• Receive and review regional orders submitted to the order management group.
• Enter sales and purchase orders in SAP.
• Create job folders for each project and keep up-to-date with all relevant order info; also maintain on-line job folders.
• Configure and work with Supply Chain factory contact to place orders with factories and 3rd party vendors.
• Acknowledge orders to customers.
• Update orders, equipment information, costing, delivery and billing forecast dates, and changes as needed and communicate to all relevant parties.
• Assist dealers and internal sales staff with manipulating POFs, special unit pricing requests, and additional discounts; redirect as necessary.
