Description JOB SUMMARY The Order Processor is responsible for receiving customer orders, generating work orders, and upholding meticulous record-keeping. This role involves the collection and interpretation of essential customer and internal data to construct precise and comprehensive orders, facilitating successful installations. Collaborating with internal teams is a key aspect of this position to ensure effective communication throughout the process. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Generate installer work orders efficiently and accurately. • Execute precise and punctual data entry of customer selections into the order processing system, aligning with builder schedules and specifications. • Establish and uphold digital builder files for ongoing maintenance. • Handle builder reselection requests. • Recognize and escalate any instances of missing or erroneous information in both company and customer ordering documentation. • Maintain regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders, employing clear and succinct written and verbal communication. • Escalate urgent or atypical issues to a supervisor when necessary. Requirements EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
