Responsibilities
  • Provide expert knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including wine pairings and promotions, while maintaining professional phone etiquette and accurate guest communication.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and IRD staff to ensure smooth service, timely deliveries, and clear handling of guest requests, including VIP amenities and special preferences.
  • Assist in setup, clearing, and daily mise-en-place preparation; ensure office supplies are stocked and ready.
  • Use the POS system efficiently for order processing and billing, in compliance with hotel policies.
  • Engage warmly with guests, listen attentively to their needs, and make personalized suggestions while addressing allergies and preferences.
  • Uphold MOHG Legendary Quality Experiences (LQEs) by monitoring VIP orders, maintaining guest databases, resolving complaints, and creating memorable WOW moments
