To support this mission, Syngenta’s Finance Business Partnering is seeking a Order to Cash Analyst North America in Montevideo Uruguay. Accountabilities Keep customer accounts reconciled, up to date and accurate. Perform month end close activities in a timely manner and accurately. Produce and provide analysis on cash performance to the country and key stakeholders. Perform timely credit line reviews on customers. Monitor and release blocked orders. Perform collection activities, following up with customers and working with the business when necessary. Comply with requirements regarding internal and external controls. Qualifications Required Degree in Accounting or Administration. Previous experience of + 2 years in administrative positions, with accounting background. Experience in client portfolio management (managing overdue debt). Experience in financial preparation of cashflow, financial KPIs, solid analytic skills. Fluent level of English (Bilingual) (mandatory) SAP – Medium Level Microsoft Excel –Medium Demonstrates exceptional ability to communicate effectively with senior-level stakeholders across diverse organizational levels Detail oriented and highly collaborative teamwork style Capacity to work under pressure: comply with deadlines prioritizing tasks. Analytical behavior and capacity to establish good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
