Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The O2C Training teams support the local SAP Training and Adoption departments with the delivery of trainings and certifications on SAP solutions to our customers. SAP Training and Adoption offers a variety of products with different delivery methods.

The O2C Training teams are responsible for the entire booking process up to invoice delivery. Our team covers the Middle Eastern Europe (MEE) region.

  • First level query management via ticketing system
  • Processing course and certification registrations for SAP Training and Adoption products (back-end & front-end)
  • Supporting customers with Troubleshooting
  • Invoicing, issuing cancellations and credit notes (incl. Dispute Case Management)
  • Close cooperation and communication with external and internal customers
  • General administrative tasks
  • Continuous process improvement
