To support this mission, Syngenta’s Finance Operations team is seeking a Order to Cash Coordinator North America in Montevideo, Uruguay. This role will ensure that objectives of the area are achieved, that objectives of the area are achieved, ensure and maintain high quality service to the Commercial Unit considering end to end impacts (from sales order release to cash application), comply with requirements regarding internal and external controls and interact with Trade Finance Credit Management and treasury to keep financial solutions and programs updated and timely posted. Accountabilities Keep un-applied credits below the expect KPIs. Keep Open items under control and bad debt to a minimum level. Maintain credit lines updated, and orders released on a timely manner for in-scope countries. Review and assess the efficiency of the cash application and payments posting process with Digital & Continuous Improvement mindset. Own the enhancements of O2C Tools, like payments, FSCM, Power BI Dashboard. Partnership with Trade Finance Credit Management. Customer Portfolio Management via aging analyses and collections strategies. Work closely to Treasury & Tax for exposure and License To Operate topics. Manage a team of 8 support different business units. Qualifications Required Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or financial careers. Fluent English speaking and comprehension. SAP experience. Experience in financial analysis such as cashflow preparation, financial KPIs, Power BI dashboards. Previous experience of minimum 4 years with decision making. Leadership experience or proven capabilities. Adaptability to a changing and demanding environment. Hands on attitude & digital innovation curiosity.
