THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a detail-driven, organised, and enthusiastic team player to join our Sales Support crew! If you love making things run smoothly, keeping things in order, and helping customers (and teammates) stay happy and informed—this could be the perfect fit for you.
This is an on-site role based in our Bray office, supporting our sales and commercial teams by making sure orders flow in and out seamlessly.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Inputting customer orders into our system quickly and accurately
• Keeping in touch with the sales team to ensure smooth processing and on-time deliveries
• Helping track orders, stock levels, and deliveries to make sure everything runs like clockwork
• Answering customer queries (think order updates, delivery details, and general info)
• Maintaining clear and tidy records of sales and account activity
• Putting together sales and order reports when needed
• Jumping in with general admin support to keep the team running efficiently
