Job Description Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager to drive the people side of change for a critical multi-year enterprise conversion initiative. This role will lead change management efforts for the migration of 3,200+ communities of a recent acquisition to a modern platform, working with highly tenured staff and managing complex stakeholder dynamics across multiple waves through December 2027. This position is onsite 5 days a week at our Richardson, TX location. Key Responsibilities Change Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned with the ADKAR model or similar framework Lead OCM initiatives from September 2025 through December 2027, ensuring seamless integration with program governance Design and implement wave-based change management approaches that minimize redundancy while maximizing lessons learned Partner with Program Manager to ensure change management is fully integrated into governance structures, not treated as an ad-hoc effort Drive adoption across an organization with highly tenured, influential staff who have natural resistance to change Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Develop comprehensive communication plans synchronized with each implementation wave Segment stakeholder groups (staff, board members, homeowners, partners) and tailor messaging to address unique needs and concerns Create communication templates, content library, and playbooks for each wave Implement multi-channel communication delivery (email, intranet, push notifications, virtual meetings, printed materials) Conduct regular Q&A sessions and milestone announcements to reduce uncertainty and build trust Monitor feedback channels and proactively address concerns throughout the migration Change Network Development Identify and develop change champions from acquisition staff in early waves Build and manage a network of Change Advocates to reinforce key messages and provide peer support Coordinate with Communication Analyst to ensure consistent messaging across all channels Leverage acquisition’s strong team collaboration culture to drive adoption and process redesign Training Coordination & Support Partner closely with Training Lead to ensure change management and training efforts are aligned Support implementation of Train-the-Trainer model with core acquired company trainers Coordinate with acquisition and client’s training teams Ensure training addresses role-specific needs and is delivered just-in-time for each wave Support blended learning approach combining virtual, in-person, and self-guided resources Measurement & Continuous Improvement Develop and implement change adoption metrics and tracking mechanisms Conduct surveys and gather feedback to measure communication effectiveness Track progress along the change curve using ADKAR or similar methodology Capture and apply lessons learned across waves to institutionalize improvements Provide regular reporting on change readiness and adoption rates to steering committee Requirements Required Qualifications Education Bachelors degree preferred Experience At least 3-5 years of organizational change management experience with large-scale technology transformations required Proven track record leading change initiatives impacting 1,000+ employees Experience managing change in organizations with highly tenured, resistant-to-change populations Background in property management, HOA management, or similar service industries preferred Experience with multi-wave, phased implementations People leadership experience required Change Management Expertise Knowledge of change management methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter, etc.) Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training coordination Experience developing and executing multi-channel communication strategies Proven ability to build and manage change networks/champion programs Skills in stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, and resistance management Leadership & Interpersonal Skills Exceptional emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics Strong facilitation and presentation skills for diverse audiences Ability to influence without authority and build consensus across stakeholder groups Cultural sensitivity and experience working with long-tenured employees Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams Communication Skills Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities Experience creating executive-level communications and presentations Ability to translate complex technical changes into meaningful business impacts Skills in developing compelling change narratives and vision statements Experience with various communication platforms and tools Preferred Qualifications Prosci or similar change management certification Experience with property management systems or ERP implementations Background in both waterfall and agile environments Experience with Train-the-Trainer program development Location & Travel This role requires daily onsite presence 5 days a week in office. Expect 10% travel for stakeholder meetings support.
