POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Database Developer with expertise in Orgadata (LogiKal software) to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, developing, and maintaining databases that support our aluminum and façade design, estimation, and production processes. This role requires strong technical knowledge of database development combined with industry-specific experience in façade and aluminum systems using Orgadata.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering (preferred).
  • Familiarity with aluminum façade systems, design, and estimation processes.
  • Experience integrating Orgadata with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • 3–5 years of experience in database development within façade/aluminum industry.
  • Prior experience implementing or managing Orgadata LogiKal databases.
  • Knowledge of façade engineering, manufacturing workflows, and project estimation.

    Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Database Development & Management
  • Design, implement, and maintain databases to support Orgadata (LogiKal) software modules.
  • Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to optimize system performance and data accuracy.
  • Integrate Orgadata databases with ERP systems, project management tools, and other company software.
  • System Support & Customization
  • Customize and configure Orgadata LogiKal databases to meet company-specific requirements.
  • Maintain master data (profiles, fittings, materials, suppliers, pricing, etc.) in the Orgadata system.
  • Provide technical support for end-users and resolve database-related issues.
  • Optimization & Reporting
  • Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analysis for management decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and integrity standards.
  • Collaboration & Training
  • Work closely with design, estimation, procurement, and production teams to ensure accurate data flow.
  • Train internal teams on best practices for data entry, usage, and reporting within Orgadata.
  • Collaborate with Orgadata software vendors for updates, patches, and new feature rollouts.
