Description Beauty Industry Group is seeking an Organic Search Manager to own our organic growth strategies through traditional search engines and the evolving landscape of AI. This role will drive the day to day of our SEO practice enabling the evolution to AI driven search and discovery. It is critical this role blends technical SEO, on site content strategy and AI optimization to ensure our brands are discoverable across all touchpoints. The Organic Search Manager will partner closely with creative and growth teams, product and marketing to drive high-intent traffic that is sustainable. This role will own organic search performance and turn insights into action that drives qualified traffic and demand. This role will support the North America brands: Bellami, Babe, Donna Bella, and Luxy. This role can be hybrid in our Los Angeles office with a hybrid schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday onsite. Base: $100,000 - $105,000 Bonus Eligibility: 5% Annually Responsibilities SEO, AI and Generative Search Optimization Strategize and execute on-site, content and technical SEO in alignment to category and brand positioning Conduct keyword research, search intent, analysis and ongoing optimization and maintenance Monitor and track rankings, traffic and conversion to take insights for opportunity into actions Collaborate and partner with content/marketings teams to optimize content for AI powered search and apply best practice for AI favorability through structured data, signals and authority Stay current on the evolving AI landscape, continuously testing new SEO approaches, and translate SEO/AI insights into clear recommendations and briefs that enable cross-department learning and adoption. Educate partners on best practices and keep informed of SEO and AI evolving landscape Understanding of how GEO, AEO, and AIO builds authority without compromising the integrity of traditional SEO frameworks and best practices Technical SEO Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure crawlability, indexing, CWV (Core Web Vitals) and site performance Support SEO needs of best practices for site updates, feature releases, campaigns and migrations Maintain and ensure appropriate internal linking and schema markup Reporting and Insights Collaborate with eComm Demand and Growth team on how Organic Search channels forecast goals and performance from strategy to execution Track, analyze, and report on Organic Search performance and key SEO KPIs, building and presenting clear reports that demonstrate SEO impact and measurable business results. Ability to leverage data to inform optimization, prioritization and turn insights into actionable deliverables Requirements 4-6 years of hands on SEO experience (agency or in-house) Strong understanding and aptitude for Technical SEO Prior experience optimizing for B2B or D2C eCommerce, required in beauty or fashion Experience optimizing content through partnership cross functionally with consideration to different search engines Excellent knowledge and experience with Google Search Console, GA4, SEO and LLM Supported tools Confident in working across multiple departments and managing multiple projects Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work across time zones as needed. Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Prior experience optimizing for B2B or D2C eCommerce, preferably in beauty or fashion Familiar and exposed to AI driven search and optimization What does success look like for this role?
