Location: Sydney (Hybrid) Type: Full-time About the Role This is not a “post and report” social role. You’ll be the person clients trust to turn attention into growth — building social strategies that actually move metrics, not just aesthetics. You’ll sit at the intersection of content, culture, and performance, owning the full lifecycle from idea → execution → optimisation. You’ll work across a range of brands, industries, and challenges, which means no two weeks look the same. One day you’re shaping a content direction from scratch, the next you’re reacting to trends in real-time and turning them into something that performs. If you’re someone who instinctively understands what works on social (and more importantly, why), you’ll feel right at home here.
