About the Role (Your Why)
As Organisation Change Agent, you will assist with the planning, design, implementation, and monitoring of change management and / or organisational development activities. You will help to educate, prepare, and support the business and people through this period of change.
Our offices are based in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/life balance. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best!
What You’ll Do

The Organisation Change Agent is responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Working to deliver effective adoption, higher ultimate utilisation of and proficiency with the changes
  • Prepare change impact assessments to determine the degree of impact that proposed change will have on the organisation
  • Identify and segment key impacted business units and stakeholders for targeted impact assessment and readiness assessments
  • Assist in developing, organising, and implementing change management plans around communications, training, implementation, and embedding
  • Collaborate with product owners, project managers, stakeholder groups and peers to plan project and change milestones
  • Engage key stakeholders throughout project, managing change resistance
  • Assist in the design and implement tools or training, uplifting change management capabilities
  • Ensuring change management initiatives are in line with cost, service structures, productivity measures and delivery methods to achieve planned targets.
  • Prepare and maintain any Change Management templates/ documents or tools

What You’ll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience in project planning and administration within technology-driven change initiatives
  • Understanding of change related Information Technology projects, change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • A solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process
  • Demonstrated experience developing change management artefacts including change impact assessments, change management strategies, stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training plans and sponsor roadmaps
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and outstanding written, verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Experience supporting senior executives and taking staff on the change journey
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and operate in ambiguous and often rapidly changing environments
  • A qualification in Change Management e,g, Prosci
