Description

Responsibilities Provide support for internal communication events and employee engagement programmes, including logistics, meeting scheduling, registration, promotion and handling enquiries Support content update on internal communication websites Assist in compiling employee data, statistical summary, and presentations Communicate and work with internal departments in the planning and execution of programmes Handle financial and procurement matters and maintain proper documentation Provide daily administrative support to the team as required Requirements Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including Chinese and English Languages A minimum of 4 years' relevant experience Good interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written Chinese and English Work well as a team and independently with good attention to details Positive attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timeline Hands-on experience in software applications such as MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), Chinese and English word processing Knowledge of graphic design, database management or webpage maintenance is an advantage Remarks Fresh graduates with higher qualification and relevant part-time / internship experience will be considered Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
