ABOUT THE ROLE

It’s an exciting time at YBS! As we deliver the most ambitious strategy in our 160-year history, we’re evolving how we work to ensure we’re set up for long-term success. That means rethinking how our business operatesclarifying responsibilities, streamlining processes, and making sure we have the right people with the right skills in the right roles.
At the heart of this transformation is our new Organisation Effectiveness (OE) team. We’re looking for several fixed term contract OE Partners to join our multi-disciplinary team and help shape a future-ready organisationstrategically designed, cost-effective, and powered by the right skills and capabilities.
You’ll work alongside specialists in organisational design, change management, strategic workforce planning, and people solutions to deliver insight-led, people-focused change. Whether you bring deep expertise in one area or a broader skillset, you’ll play a key role in helping us build the conditions for successful transformation.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As an OE Partner, you’ll contribute to a wide range of strategic initiatives, working with our people partners and other parts of the people division as well as the business depending on your expertise and agreed development. These may include (core OE capabilities):
Organisation Design Aligning future skills and capabilities with our purpose, strategy, and change agenda, including structural alignment, spans/layers, operating model shifts.
Strategic Workforce Planning Partnering with leaders to assess strategic workforce needs, identify skills gaps, and plan.
Organisation Change Insights Contributing to a portfolio view of how change impacts our people and shaping our response.
