SRV Engineering is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Organisation and Methods Analyst to support operational improvements within our day-to-day workshop and business activities. This position focuses on analysing how work is performed, identifying areas for improvement, and helping implement more efficient methods to enhance overall performance.

• Review current work routines, procedures, and administrative practices
• Identify inefficiencies or issues that affect workflow or productivity
• Recommend practical improvements to how tasks are planned and executed
• Assist in developing and maintaining standard work procedures and documentation
• Collect and analyse data related to turnaround times, resource use, and scheduling
• Provide insights and reports to support business decision-making
• Support the implementation of updated procedures and improvements
• Ensure internal practices align with industry standards and compliance requirements
• Participate in team discussions to promote continuous improvement

EXPERIENCE:

Experience in operations analysis, workflow planning, or process improvement in a hands-on business environment (such as workshops, service-based businesses, or small industrial operations) is preferred. Safety Relief Valve knowledge required & strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
