THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE AN EXPERIENCED SELF-STARTER WITH:

  • Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on experience in leading organisational change for ERP and digital transformation programs.
  • Proven track record with large-scale ERP implementations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent)
  • Deep understanding of digital transformation and its impact on people, processes, and culture.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in complex, matrixed environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with agile and hybrid delivery models is highly desirable.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Change Management, or related fields.
  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, APMG) preferred.

The Organisational Change Lead – ERP & Digital Transformation is responsible for leading the people-side change associated with enterprise-wide digital initiatives, particularly ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or TechnologyOne (beneficial)).
