DP World is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager for 24 Months Max Term contract to lead change management across key business projects in Oceania. In this role, you’ll assess change impacts, develop and implement strategies to support successful adoption, and create clear, targeted communications. Working closely with Sponsors, Project Managers, operational teams, and senior leaders, you’ll drive engagement and help embed change effectively across sites.
You’ll also support building organisational capability, contribute to change frameworks and tools, and track the success of change initiatives across the project portfolio. This is a great opportunity to shape how change is delivered and embraced across the region.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in change management, with strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and large-scale organisational programs, applying core change management disciplines.
  • Experience working within industrial relations environments, with an understanding of associated challenges and dynamics.
  • Minimum 5+ years of Change Management industry experience with a track record of successfully leading and delivering change across multiple, concurrent projects.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Change Management or a related field (e.g. Business, HR, Psychology, Organisational Development).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels and tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience working within industrial relations (IR) environments, including navigating unionised settings and managing change in compliance with IR frameworks.
