Job Title Organisational Change Manager Job Description About the role: Rabobank is looking for an experienced Organisational Change Manager to join our dynamic team in Sydney. This is a fixed-term opportunity through to December 2026, where you will have real influence in transforming the way we serve our clients on a highly visible CRM (MS Dynamics) & Deposits Modernisation program. You will draw on your previous experience managing CRM projects to deliver on key change management objectives Top Role Accountabilities: Working closely with initiative owners, other Organisational Change Manager team members & business SMEs responsibilities include, but may not be limited to: Project Change Management Contributing to the design, development, delivery & implementation of initiative change strategy & plans The development of communications, stakeholder engagement activities, change impact assessment, training, performance support, change readiness assessment & implementation activities Partnering with other change managers, learning & communications specialists working across projects to ensure consistency & coordination of change efforts & development of change management skills Stakeholder Engagement & Management Partner with internal stakeholders to support them with overall initiative business change activities Identify business change agents & establish stakeholder forums to support the alignment & integration of business strategy with project delivery teams to deliver desired business outcomes. This includes establishing feedback loops to continuously improve project delivery outcomes Manage key business relationships to ensure effective project delivery & change adoption Embrace opportunities to invest time with deposits / marketing teams to experience CRM usage first hand & identify pains & gains to contribute to development roadmaps Business Readiness & Sustainability Work with business stakeholders to assess change readiness & steps required to deliver the change Track metrics to measure success post implementation & adoption Support the transition of all initiatives to business-as-usual activities To Be Successful you will have: 5+ years’ experience driving change initiatives end-to-end Proven CRM & Financial Services knowledge including CRM implementation experience Track record of designing & delivering business & customer experience change solutions Skilled in stakeholder engagement, change strategy, planning, & readiness activities Experience delivering behavioural & cultural change across all levels Agile change delivery expertise Willingness & learning agility to become a competent CRM user through both training & self-directed learning to accelerate relevance & success of change plans, training & communications Our Values Rabobank Australia values inclusion, belonging, & positive experiences for all.
